Production cel of full figure Donald Duck in the middle of a full angry squawk.  The inking is xeroxed  and it is probably part of the scenes from one of the Wonderful World of Color animation TV shows. Originally sold at Disneyland, so cut down to fit their mats,  10 x 7 3/8”.  Not numbered—the number was on part of the cel cut away.
